Title 2 NFA Transfer Procedure: Transfer of NFA items requires the NFA Dealer to receive our FFL/SOT Class 3 Dealer License. Please provide the transfer dealer's email address, and we will send them our FFL. Once they receive our license information, the transfer dealer will initiate a Form 3 transfer with the ATF. After the Form 3 transfer is approved, your dealer will ship the item to our facility. From that point, we will start Form 4 paperwork.
NFA Trust: If you have your trust in PDF format, feel free to email your trust to ffl@class3weapons.com. Alternatively, bring your hardcopy trust to our facility, and we will scan it into our system.
If you have specific questions or multiple NFA items to transfer at once, discounts may apply. Please contact ffl@class3weapons.com directly.
NOTICE: Once your NFA firearm arrives, we will book it in and notify you by phone or email. We receive many firearms per day. As a matter of policy, we require a full 24 working hours from the time a firearm arrives to book it in. If you received tracking from the transferring NFA dealer, please feel free to contact us 24 hours after receipt.
Documentation that must be included in firearm shipments from the Transfer Dealer: FFL/Class 3 Dealer: Firearms transfers from FFL/Class 3 licensed dealers MUST include a clear photocopy of their FFL, SOT, and corresponding Form 3 within the shipment.
