NFA Engraving Flange Text AR-15 / AR-10 Style Lower Receiver Services

SELECT THIS NFA ENGRAVING SERVICE ONLY IF YOUR RECEIVER HAS A WIDE MAGWELL FLANGE CONSISTING OF 5/16" HEIGHT OF CLEAR UNOBSTRUCTED ENGRAVING AREA.

In accordance with ATF Rules, all individuals which are non FFL holders wishing to make a NFA firearm must complete an ATF Form 1. The individual as the "maker" of the firearm must have the firearm marked with their Name, City & State or in the case of a trust, Trust Name, City & State.

For over 10 years Class 3 Weapons has been marking firearms to ATF compliance specifications in our own manufacturing as well as for customers wishing to make an NFA firearm on their own.

Using the latest laser engraving technology, our staff of engineers and graphic artists can engrave in your choice of locations, quickly and efficiently.

Specifically this service addresses AR-15 and AR-10 style receivers for SBR Short Barreled Rifle Engraving.

This is an engraving service on a customer supplied receiver. The image provided is a representation of the location to be engraved on a AR style receiver and does not include an actual receiver in the price.

Customers can either purchase a receiver from our website and in turn add laser engraving service or mail / drop-off their receiver at our facility for engraving.

3/16" of engravable flat surface required to engrave 1 line of Trust, City State text to .003" Depth and 1/16" Height

5/16" of engravable flat surface required to engrave 2 lines of Trust, City State text to .003" Depth and 1/16" Height

Text & Fonts:

In the comment section during check-out, please include the exact text you wish to be engraved. Once we received your order a follow up email will be sent for you to confirm the text.

Most of the time 2 lines of text is sufficient. Please keep in mind, if you have a long Trust Name or City, State, you may not be able to have the receiver engraved in tight spots.

We suggest keeping your NFA Trust Engraving in a simular font to match the factory to maintain textual continuity. Usually Helvetica or Arial are the font of choice. However, if you want a special font or point size, let us know.... we have thousands in our library.

In the NFA Engraved Text comment section, please include the exact text you wish to be engraved. Once we received your order a follow up email will be sent for you to confirm the text.

Usually if below the safety selector, AR NFA Engraving is one long line of text containing your Name, City & State or in the case of a trust, Trust Name, City & State. There is no additional charge if your text is 2 or 3 lines. Please keep in mind, if you have a long Trust Name or City, State, you may not be able to have the receiver engraved in tight spots.

SHIPPING:

Our flat rate shipping is based on the receiver only. If you ship more than the receiver it will cost you more to ship to us and will require additional shipping back to you.
We recommend disassembling down to the receiver or as far as your comfort level will allow. You will be called regarding any additional shipping, minus the flat shipping rate you already paid.
