PURCHASING FIREARMS IN STOCK

Posted stock levels are correct. If the item indicates "In-Stock", the item is in stock and you may place an order immediately. If the product is "In-Stock" you can order through this website or call your order in. We encourage customers to call in if they would like verification for stock status. We can check for you over the phone so you can be confident in your order going smoothly. Ordering is easy, as you go through the checkout process, order your firearm, place your credit card address in the billing field and your local gun shops FFL address in the Ship to address. PURCHASING SPECIAL ORDER AND PRE ORDERED FIREARMS

All Rock River Arms listed in this section are available for sale unless noted quantity indicates "0" and a factory order date is shown. Rifles indicating "0" stock are available for sale with a deposit, pending arrival from the RRA factory. To place a deposit, call our shop, provide the specific product code for the rifle you want, and it will be removed from the website and designated to you. Deposits can be made with a MasterCard of VISA "Debit Card", Personal check or Money Order. Just select the "Email me when Back-In-Stock". You will receive an email as soon as the rifle enters our inventory from our receiving department. Supply is sometimes slim, many rifles are removed from our site as they have deposits placed on them. If you are interested in a firearm, you may never receive an in-stock email as it was sold by deposit before it arrived. Your best bet is to place a deposit or select "Email me when Back-In-Stock" on several same or close styled firearms.

To place a deposit for either a rifle listed yet to arrive from the factory or to special order a rifle, deposits are only 20%. A deposit can be placed with a MasterCard or VISA "Debit Card" over the phone. Deposits can also be placed with a personal , Cashiers Check or Money Order. DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED WITH 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER.

When your deposit is received you will be sent a sales order confirming the specific rifle which is designated to you. Once your rifle arrives in our facility, your remaining balance can be charged on your MasterCard or VISA credit card. For orders to be shipped, your card will be charged just prior to the shipment of your firearm to your local FFL dealer.

Please visit the FFL's on file online database located on the left navigation menu to find a local transfer dealer in your area. If you do not see your FFL Dealer listed, please have the dealer fax or email their FFL to: 713.699.2773 or ffl@flass3weapons.com IMPORTANT: We receive many FFL faxes & emails throughout the day. Please have your dealer note your name or order # on the fax or email.

We have a retail showroom with walk-in customers and internet sales. Firearms move fast and many are one of a kind and have limited availability. Firearm orders which do not have deposits received in 10 days of order will be posted back to the website and available for sale.

Once your firearm arrives we will process your order, verify your local FFL shipping address license and your order will be shipped via UPS fully insured to your local dealer usually within 24-48 hours. Delay of your order shipping is usually the lack of FFL paperwork, It is your responsibility to make sure your dealers faxes or emails their license. See Sales Terms for additional details.
